It provides the convenience and mobility of uninterrupted border-to-border satellite communication across Thuraya's coverage area spanning more than 140 countries across Asia, Australia, Africa, the Middle East and Europe.

Voice and Data
With the Thuraya SO-2150, you can make voice calls, plus send or receive SMS messages, faxes and data. The Thuraya SO-2150 is GmPRS enabled and enables you to easily send/receive emails and browse the web. Used with your connected laptop, access the internet at download/upload speeds of 60/15 kbps. Fax and data speeds are 9.6 kbps.
GPS Navigation Services
The Thuraya SO-2150 enables you to find waypoints quickly and safely with its in-built GPS navigation functionality.
Languages
The Thuraya SO-2150 supports 12 languages, including: Arabic, English, French, German, Hindi, Italian, Portuguese, Spanish, Turki and Urdu.
